Dogwood Marketing is committed to having the best customer service in the industry. With quality embroidering and screen printing, we will make every effort to supply our customers with the exact artwork and logos that they desire. Below are just a few of the services that we offer:

 

  • Artwork Services for Embroidered Products: Dogwood Marketing is able to create logos for embroidering from just about any means. Whether a customer emails us a file in a jpeg, tiff, or pdf format, or just sends us a copy of their business card with their logo on it, we will be able to re-create the logo for the products. We will do our best to match the colors of our thread with the colors in the logo supplied.

  • Artwork Services for Screen Printed Products: Most customers already have the artwork they want on the products designed. However, Dogwood Marketing has the resources to supply our customers with any design. Give us your ideas and we will create a design for you. Once this design is created, it is yours for as long as you like. Charges for creating designs will vary by designs.

  • Types of Embroidery Styles: There are three different types of embroidery styles that can be chosen. First and foremost, is the Logo that is supplied by the customer. Dogwood Marketing will do our best to match all of the colors of your logo with our thread colors. PMS or Pantone colors will need to be supplied by the customer. Second, is a Tone-On-Tone style of design. This design is where the thread color is closely matched to the color of the product being embroidered. Third, is a Matching Contrast. This is where Dogwood Marketing will use thread color(s) that will match the colors in the product being embroidered.

  • Charges for Artwork for Screen Printing and Embroidery: All new artwork has a set-up or digitizing fee. For embroidered products, there is a one-time fee for digitizing the logo or artwork. Once this digitizing has been done, Dogwood Marketing will keep this on file forever and there will never be another charge for using this same artwork. For screen-printed products, again, there is a one-time set-up fee for the artwork that will be kept on file for two years. Any changes to the size or text for a screen-printed logo or design will result in a new set-up charge.

  • Minimum Orders:

    • Embroidered Products is 1 item

    • Screen-Printed products are 12 items for 1-color and 24 items for 2 or more colors

    • Promotional Products will depend on the item

  • Shipping and Lead Times: Products will be shipped out to our customers by UPS. Dogwood Marketing will be happy to ship all products to one location or split the shipments to 2 or more locations. An additional charge may be incurred. Depending on the availability of the products, lead times for most products will be 2-3 weeks, after the final artwork has been approved. Dogwood Marketing will evaluate the schedule and production to see if we will be able to rush an order sooner than the standard 2-3 week lead-time.

  • Payment Terms and Conditions of Sale: Payment for products and services will be accepted by credit card. Established accounts may be set up on terms. For items shipped to customers in the state of Virginia, a 5% sales tax will be added. For items shipped to all other states, no sales tax will be assessed.
